Lubricants for Cement Plants: Kilns, Crushers, Conveyors and Gearboxes

Cement plants present one of the harshest environments for lubricants: extreme heat, heavy shock loads, and severe dust contamination.

    Critical Application Zones

    • Rotary Kilns: Open gear lubricants must withstand extreme temperatures and provide a tenacious film to protect girth gears.
    • Crushers: High shock loads require EP gear oils (ISO VG 320-680) and heavy-duty lithium complex greases.
    • Conveyors: Bearings exposed to dust require greases with excellent sealing properties and mechanical stability.
